Our Client - a market leader in Credit Risk & Business Information Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team and create a new department focused on serving small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). As a Sales Manager, you will have the chance to build and lead a team of sales professionals, develop and execute a sales plan, track and report on performance, and build relationships with key customers and partners. You will also have the chance to collaborate with other departments and contribute to the overall success of the company.


Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team of sales professionals

• Develop and execute a sales plan to target and acquire new customers, as well as upsell and cross-sell to existing customers

• Set sales targets and performance metrics, and track progress against those targets

• Provide regular reports to senior management on the team's performance and any issues or challenges that need to be addressed

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the SME market

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that we are delivering a seamless and exceptional customer experience


Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales management

• Deep understanding of the SME market

• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute a sales plan

• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team to success

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
