They are passionate about delivering a lasting impact in organizations, through their Learning and Development solutions.

Purpose of the role

  • Planning the strategy, directing and coordinating the operations of the Practice in Bulgaria.
  • Strategic business development, direct management and co-ordination of the operations of the business line.
  •  Planning and maintaining systems and procedures for achieving operating efficiency.
  • Managing a super team of great professionals for optimum performance.
  • Maintaining a profitable organizational environment for work and helping consultants grow throughout their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all sales, marketing and PR activities.
  • Helps to identify, approach and acquire new and maintain relation with existing clients.
  • Maintains relations with the other companies from the Group, HQ and its subsidiaries, and key partners.
  • Maintains full control over contracts and pricing policy of the company
  • Hire and train new team members.
  • Set employee goals and objectives, monitors performance and develops staff to maximize potential
  • Responsible for the achievement of department/division/unit productivity and quality goals.
  • Formulates department/unit policies and practices
  • Co-ordinates financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency
  • Reviews performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels
  • Leads training sessions and consulting projects.
  • Maintains relations with government authorities, banks, associations and chambers of commerce. Follows on and supervises the maintenance of required licensees, permits, etc.
  • The role does include traveling and on-site management for multiple locations throughout Bulgaria.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Ability to interact with client Director level and above
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated experience in operational and financial functions such as profit & loss and budgeting) as well as associated tracking software systems and procedures.
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of strategic human resource management principles and procedures  
  • Knowledge in the area of people development, training, coaching and psychometric
  • Driving license is an advantage
  • Proven experience in human resources related activities such as staffing, learning and development, training, customer relationship management, business development, contractor management.
