Due to business growth we are searching for a motivated professional on the role of :

Business Development Manager/ B2B/


As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing existing relationships to build a sustainable client portfolio in Bulgaria in order to achieve your sales target.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and growing existing business with Banks, Financial Institutions, Government Entities and SMEs;
  • Creation of customers through new business to maintain the targeted revenues;
  • Autonomously run new business activities and plan client’s meetings;
  • Managing all the activities of the sales cycle with reference to the assigned clients’ portfolio;
  • Ensuring the achievement of the assigned revenue goals by following the corporate managerial/operational guidelines;
  • Developing the relationship with clients (i.e. recurring visits);
  • Collecting information on new products/services and on commercial initiatives developed from competitors reporting clients’ feedbacks on them.


Minimum Qualification and Competency Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales /account management/Business development role;
  • Experience working in the Financial Services/ Banking sectors;
  • Ability to engage with clients and guide them through their buying cycle;
  • Must hold a Driving license;
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills;
  • Good business sense;
  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm.
