Our client is a start-up product company with high potential and has innovative features in what they offer.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, highly motivated person, whose passion is full stack development and the compassion to build a product. You will participate in the design, development and continuous integration of the front end and back end of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of HR Management System using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Develop high-quality, well-documented code both on the front-end and on the backend.
• Lead developers and provide guidance on software development best practices.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure that code is maintainable, scalable, and extensible.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that our software solutions remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on building complex software applications and systems.
• Strong programming skills in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with software development best practices such as agile development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
