Our Client

Designs and develops global workforce and procurement solutions (staffing + technology solutions) for largest companies within whole world. An international service provider company for RPO, VMS, MSP, direct sourcing, science, technology, engineering, payroll & contractor validation services. Due to the growth of the company in Europe we are searching for:

Client Service Delivery Manager VMS/MSP/RPO

As Client Service Manager you will take responsibility for driving the client account strategy and leading the short-term and long-term client operational roadmap.


  • Minimum of 5 years supervisory/management experience in the workforce solutions space or closely related industry
  • Demonstrated experience in operational and financial functions such as profit and loss.
  • Experience with on-site/corporate operations and/or remote workforce solutions management. /RPO, VMS, MSP/
  • Extensive knowledge of labor and employment laws.
  • Prior client consultative experience strongly preferred.


  • Ensure maximum client satisfaction working in conjunction with client services and program leadership to meet or exceed all contracted SLA, KPI and performance metrics
  • Provide Client Services and Commercial leadership with recommendations regarding the solutions delivery strategy
  • Lead, coach and develop all program management and assigned client services account resources
  • Responsible for team management, selection and staff turnover
  • Serve as the senior management escalation point on all program related issues
  • Maintain fundamental understanding of client business drivers that relate to workforce solutions
  • Establish, develop and proactively maintain senior level executive relationships within assigned programs and expand existing client program sponsor relationships directly or via assigned Client Services team
  • Perform site visits and promote/support proactive client and supplier communication through strategic business reviews
  • Work cross-functionally within the extended Client Service Operations and Workforce Solutions team to provide program feedback and input as needed
  • Partner with business development and client services teams to develop successful account opportunities and Group Company introductions
  • P&L ownership for all established accounts within portfolio ensuring budgeted profitability meets or exceeds fiscal target
