As a Financе Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Organizing Financial Activities: You will oversee and manage the financial activities of a group of companies in the Agriculture and food production industry.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and plans to provide valuable insights for management decisions.

• Financial Analysis: Analyze and process financial information to support strategic decision-making.

• Cash Flow Management: Coordinate, monitor, and forecast cash flows to ensure efficient financial operations.

• Compliance and Policy: Plan and organize adherence to accounting policies and financial activities while complying with relevant regulations.

• Stakeholder Communication: Interact with financial institutions and government bodies.

• Internal Control: Implement and enforce internal corporate rules and procedures to maintain financial integrity.

To excel in this role, you'll need the following qualifications:

• Educational Background: A degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance.

• Additional Financial Qualification: Possessing an additional financial certification is an advantage.

• Experience: experience in a similar financial management position.

• Different ERP systems: Expert working with ERP systems will be highly regarded.

• Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office and excellent computer literacy.

• Financial Expertise: Hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and result analysis.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of applicable laws and industry standards.

• Language Skills: A high level of proficiency in English and Bulgarian.
