We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager to lead an exceptional hotel and restaurant operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to manage a high-end resort and contribute to its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all resort operations, ensuring the highest standards are met across every aspect of the business (staff, processes, environment, and quality).
• Drive excellent financial results, achieving at least a break-even point (BEP).
• Maintain and enhance the resort’s reputation, brand, and guest satisfaction.
• Continuously improve standards and quality, striving for excellence in every area.
• Lead, assign, and manage tasks and responsibilities for the team, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
• Hire and train a team of professionals, building a motivated and effective workforce.
• Work closely with senior leadership to set and implement sales, marketing, and financial goals for the resort.
• Create a disciplined, well-organized work environment with clear accountability.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership.
• Strong understanding of administrative, financial, and marketing strategies within the hospitality industry.
• Fluent in English (Romanian language skills are an advantage).
• Strong team management and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve financial objectives.
• Must be trustworthy, disciplined, and capable of making decisions with confidence.
• Expertise in sales and marketing, driving business growth and profitability.
• Ability to present and communicate effectively to customers, staff, and stakeholders.
• Charismatic, energetic, and results-driven leader with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills, with good manners and a professional appearance.
• Proactive, with a strong drive to implement solutions and complete tasks on time.
