Production Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Production Guru to join a dedicated and talented team in Pravets and create a dazzling manufacturing process. You'll lead the production and maintenance crews like a conductor leads an orchestra, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What Will You Do?

• Craft long-, medium-, and short-term production plans based on customer demand.
• Keep an eye on the environment, health, safety, and quality standards.
• Make sure our daily production goals are met.
• Build and manage a rockstar team of production and maintenance folks.
• Track and evaluate your team's performance using custom KPIs.
• Lead the charge on continuous improvement projects, eliminating unnecessary tasks.
• Analyze and optimize production costs, implementing controls where needed.
• Collaborate on calculating, setting, and reducing Nonconformity costs.
• Oversee the maintenance team, driving facility and equipment improvements.
• Plan and execute proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and boost OEE.
• Handle CAPEX planning related to production needs.
• Assess and present ROI for new equipment and facility investments.
• Tackle any other production and maintenance challenges that come your way.

What Are We Looking For?

• A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or something equally awesome).
• At least 3 years of experience managing production in a manufacturing setting.
• Outstanding leadership skills that inspire and motivate your team.
• A deep understanding of production processes and quality management.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
