Are you an experienced Sales Representative seeking a new opportunity in the paints and coatings industry? Our client is one of the worlds leaders in the manufacture, distribution, and sale of paints, coatings, floorcoverings, and related products to professional, industrial, commercial, and retail customers. We are currently looking for a Sales Representative position based in Bulgaria.

• Secondary school level education required; higher level education in a related field preferred.
• Proven sales experience within the paints and coatings industry.
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian.
• Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively (anticipated travel time: +75%).

• Visit existing customers, provide technical service and consultations, and manage daily business operations.
• Identify and create new business opportunities aligned with company needs and capacity.
• Collect reliable customer and territory information, assess individual customer potential, and conduct competitive product testing and analysis.
• Develop a territory market development plan and implement effective strategies to target customers.
• Create a weekly selling plan, conduct sales calls, and drive the selling process.
• Conduct product demonstrations to support sales efforts and provide technical information.
• Complete necessary call and expense reports promptly.
• Resolve customer complaints and assist in resolving product supply issues.
• Represent and promote the company, showcasing its materials, solutions, and services.
