As a Procurement Specialist/Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our expanding services. Your primary objective will be to ensure a smooth supply of materials, engaging in tasks such as vendor scouting, supplier communication, purchase order placement, and follow-up on deliveries and invoicing. Collaborating with project and site managers, engineering teams, and other departments, you will clarify urgency and specifications of procured items.
Within the first 6/12 months, we expect you to become capable of handling orders independently, demonstrating your expertise and resourcefulness. The main challenge will be effective communication with multiple departments to complete purchase orders successfully. To thrive in our team, we seek an extroverted, young, open-minded, flexible, and adaptable professional. Since the work is project oriented, people with similar experience have advantage.
While an Electrical Engineering or Finance background is preferred, additional qualifications such as SAP knowledge are a plus but not obligatory. You should have relevant experience as a junior to mid-level specialist, displaying proficiency in English (C1 level).
