PROCESSING METHODS
Data processing is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and data minimization. Data Subjects can ask the Data Controller for access to data, their cancellation, correction of inaccurate data, integration of incomplete data, as well as the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by the GDPR.
Data Subjects have the right to object, at any time, in whole or in part, to the processing of data necessary for the legitimate interests of the Data Controller.
Furthermore, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the GDPR, Data Subjects have the right to receive the data processed by the Data Controller in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another owner without hindrance.
Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in particular in the Member State in which they usually reside or work or in the State in which the alleged violation has occurred).
